Nothing is more classic than a little black dress, am I right? Black has always been one of my favorite colors to wear especially for a wedding. My dear sweet friend that I danced with got married recently and I knew automatically that I wanted to wear this dress from PinkBlush to it. It might be me, but black is one color that I feel the most confident in, add lace and I am one happy lady. Most lace dresses I have found are very restricting and have more of a rough texture. This dress however, is the complete opposite. It is such a soft lace and has the most flattering stretch that hugs in all the right places.
Recently I have struggled with my body and wanted something I knew would make me feel good. Although this dress is form fitting it seriously gave me the most beautiful curves. I personally love my curves (just wish they were more toned) and think women should flaunt them at the appropriate time. Now lets talk about the neckline of this dress. Seriously?! I have never put on such a flattering off the shoulder item. Best part about it is that it was one of those dresses that stayed put all night. Through dancing, eating, drinking, and second lining I didn’t have to pull up or down the top of the dress at all. AND the sleeves. The sleeves were the perfect bell sleeve length. I have talked about the bell sleeve trend before during the fall, and trust me when I say that this one is a win! This dress also comes in other colors that I think are stunning.
Another thing I love about a little black lace dress is that not much styling goes into it. I paired mine with some jeweled earrings and nude pumps. So classic and timeless.
